Augmented Reality for Food Delivery: A Recipe Assistant

HelloFresh and other delivery services have problems for users and we decided to fix these problems with an Augmented Reality (AR) experience. The problems we are addressing are: - beginners have problems learning how to cook or need more guidance than just reading the recipe off a card - written step by step instructions can be hard to follow - students or beginner cooks may struggle with finding good recipes to follow or lack the ingredients Our concept is AR software for a hands-free, wearable device that displays live cooking instructions, timers and recipes for a user to follow while making a dish. Our software will be an add on to the HelloFresh delivery service. Our AR software includes pop-up graphics that show how and when to do each step throughout a recipe as well as reminders, alerts, and timer graphics that can be pinned to the environment around you.
