

This form re-design for the Edmonton's Food Bank was created because their original volunteer form had many problems that made it inefficient, hard to use and impractical for users. These problems are highlighted in the video below. We decided to create a form experience that was easy for the user to follow, allowed for easier inputs and guided the user through the form. We based the colour palette and typography off their existing brand which helps to associate this volunteer form with them and makes the transition from the main website to the form less drastic.
