CGC Fireside Chats with Erin Podcast
The Fireside Chats with Erin podcast moved with Erin Gowriluk from Grain Growers of Canada (GGC) to Canada Grains Council (CGC). Since the original logo was designed following the brand guidelines of GGC, the podcast visuals needed to be revamped. The new logo needed to follow CGC’s brand guidelines but still have its own unique identity. In this podcast, Erin engages in candid and insightful conversations with domestic and international agricultural insiders, influencers and policy makers. She explores the latest trends, challenges and opportunities shaping the world of agriculture. The final logo I created incorporates the CGC strand of grain and colour scheme with a podcast microphone. The grain florets conveys the agricultural nature of the podcast while doubling as the steel netting on a microphone. I also chose to mainly use the CGC red and burgundy colours to highlight the “fire” aspect in the name as well as the hot topics that will be discussed on the podcast.
